Microsoft has spent considerable time and money on the PR alone for his OS, to no avail. Sure, Vista has a more protective security model and an updated look — neither of which seem to be enough for people to voluntarily adopt the OS — but is that really what we’re looking for in a desktop OS. I doubt it.
